早上在EXCEL（2007）文件里只是想COPY几个CELL里的数字到微信对话中的时候，EXCEL文件就FREEZE了一两分钟，我只好点击关闭文件，然后想再打开时就报错了，说：Excel found unreadable content in 'xxxx.xlsx'. Do you want to recover the contents of this workbook? If you trust the source of this worksheet, click yes.

我点击 YES 后，又出现一个提示窗口（尝试贴图进来但不成功，只能打字进来）：

Excel was able to open the file by repairing or removing the unreadable content.

Removed Records: Style from /xl/styles.xml part (Styles)

Repaired Records: Format from /xl/styles/xml part (Styles)

Repaired Records: Column information from /xl/worksheets/sheet10.xml part

Repaired Records: Cell information from /xl/worksheets/sheet32/xml part

请帮我看看有没有恢复的办法，因为这个文件是几年的数据，有很多SHEET，文件内各页的颜色，网格线等风格方面的设置对于平时察看和使用有很重要的作用，但现在就是只有白底黑字的数据了 :-(

请尽快回复为盼，很着急，月底做统计需要使用！
